From the House of Masaba, Dixit Nene’s sari boasts an interplay of textiles and an ornate border featuring aari embroidery, sequin work and kiran detailing. The foundation of the six-yard is raw silk. It forms the canvas upon which whimsical motifs of palm blooms are placed, creating a tropical look instead of a traditional one.
