Bhumi Pednekar channels retro-futurism in a sculpted all-black look

Bhumi Pednekar arrived at Outhouse Jewellery’s The Alchemy of 13 showcase in a black Bloni mini that was more construction than drape. The dress fit like a second skin, its bold shoulders lifted and hemline abbreviated; a silhouette that recalls 1980s power games while grounded in the present. Black tights and heels came as reinforcements, sharpening the impression of a look built to hold its ground.

The jewellery extended the architecture of the dress. Outhouse Jewellery built it out in a choker edged with gold fringe, rings and earrings shaped like droplets coiled with gold threads, and a mini bag suspended with crystals.

Clear jewellery is everywhere in contemporary fashion, often treated as a novelty. Outhouse Jewellery’s version, however, leaned into permanence: crystal worked into recurring motifs and signatures rather than a passing trend.

Bhumi Pednekar has long balanced red-carpet glamour with more experimental silhouettes, and this outing continued that pattern. Her beauty choices stayed balanced with luminous skin, a rose-gold shimmer across the lids with a sharp wing and high shine lips. Hair gelled back in a sleek, side-parted, low bun.
