For the last leg of the same wedding, Janhvi Kapoor chose peacock-inspired lehenga by Manish Malhotra. The 3D look featured intricate embroidery with sequins and Swarovski crystals in a vibrant peacock motif, a crystal-encrusted blouse and tonal dupatta. “I knew I wanted to wear things that have a personal meaning. Everywhere you look in Jamnagar, you will be greeted by a beautifully preening peacock or two, or three; or 10. And so what started as a peacock coloured lehenga, ended up as a full on peacock feather skirt,” Kapoor wrote about her ensemble that was accessorised with emeralds.
