Set in 1962, decades before the events of It: Chapter One, this prequel series dives into the dark history of Derry, Maine, and the terrifying origins of Pennywise the Dancing Clown. When Leroy Hanlon (Jovan Adepo), his wife Charlotte (Taylour Paige), and their son Will move into town, they are soon pulled into a wave of disappearances and sinister events. Bill Skarsgård returns as Pennywise, joined by Chris Chalk as a younger Dick Hallorann. IT: Welcome to Derry expands Stephen King’s mythos with new horrors, revealing what “It” is, what It wants, and why Derry is forever cursed.

Nightmares of Nature (October 28)
Blending horror‑style storytelling with wildlife documentary, this series from Blumhouse and Plimsoll Productions follows three unlikely animal protagonists, a pregnant mouse, a young raccoon and a traumatised froglet, through the North American wilderness as they flee predators, storms and mysterious threats inside an old cabin in the woods. Narrated by Maya Hawke, the first season redefines survival horror by casting prey as protagonists and nature as adversary. With actual animal behaviour dramatised in studio shoots, the show pushes the boundaries between nature doc and thriller.
